Firefly Inclusion Solutions is a woman-owned, minority-led organizational development firm committed to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into leadership and systems. With a human-centered approach, they partner with high-impact organizations across industries and borders to facilitate transformative culture change, moving beyond awareness to accountable action.

At Kirby Mack Creative, we collaborated with Firefly to elevate their digital presence. Working with their pre-existing  brand identity, we introduced curated design elements to round out the brand. We also provided photoshoot planning and in-person direction at Firefly’s Seattle headquarters to capture authentic visuals that reflect their team and mission.

From there, we designed and developed a custom responsive website, integrated an interactive blog, implemented email lead capture and produced collateral design and podcast branding. The site also features thoughtful animation, private case-study pages to showcase Firefly’s work with top industry clients, and team member bio pages that highlight the depth of expertise within their organization.

The result is a polished, engaging platform that amplifies Firefly’s mission and credibility. demonstrating how strategic design refinements, authentic visuals, and digital tools can strengthen visibility and impact for organizations driving meaningful change.
